1. Profile
Together we define area, property type, size, budget, use (live, rent, invest) and your non-negotiables.
2. Five filtered options
We search inside and outside our inventory and present five options that fit the profile, each with a price analysis against comparable properties and an initial paperwork check.
3. Viewings
We visit with you or for you, with live video if you are in another city or abroad.
4. Negotiation and closing
